Russell Hooper has been involved in RMA planning in the Wairarapa since 2004, working in private practice and local authorities. Prior to establishing his own business he was Planning Manager at the South Wairarapa District Council.

​Over this time he has built up a vast knowledge of the RMA and the local planning environment.
 
Russell is driven by creating great outcomes, adding value, and taking the stress out of the RMA process for people. The recipe for success in the RMA space is having a proposal with merit, knowing the RMA system and best approaches for success, and being willing to think outside the square.
